Key Responsibilities:
* SUPERVISE THE LAYOUT AND ORGANIZATION OF THE WAREHOUSE AND STORAGE AREAS, considering factors such as turnover, size, weight, and the nature of stored items.
* RECRUIT AND ONBOARD WAREHOUSE STAFF actively and ensure they have the skills required to excel in their roles.
* MANGE OPERATIONS IN COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* ENSURE ADEQUATE OPERATIONAL RESOURCES are allocated to deliver high service levels without compromising efficiency.
* ADDRESS COMPLAINTS, ISSUES, AND OPERATIONAL FAILURES PROMPTLY, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders and thorough documentation.
* OVERSEE THE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY to ensure smooth operations.
* PLAN, DIRECT, SCHEDULE, AND ASSIGN TASKS FOR WAREHOUSE STAFF to maintain an organized workflow.
* PROVIDE GUIDANCE TO EMPLOYEES ON PROPER HANDLING, STORAGE, AND SHIPPING PRACTICES, emphasizing preservation and care.
* COLLABORATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ENHANCE EFFICIENCY and foster a cohesive work environment.
* MONITOR AND IMPLEMENT COST-CONTROL MEASURES to maximize gross profit and contributions.
* MANTAIN THE OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY OF WAREHOUSE EQUIPMENT AND OTHER COMPANY ASSETS.
* SERVE AS THE ESCALATION POINT FOR OPERATIONAL CHALLENGES within the station's activities.

* PROACTIVELY SUGGEST AND IMPLEMENT PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS to streamline operations.
* COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH CLIENTS, VENDORS, AND TEAM MEMBERS to ensure alignment and efficiency.
