Customer Service Executive
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Dublin 9 as a Customer Service representative.
The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales or customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and updating price files
* Processing customer orders
* Maintaining customer relationships through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Creating Excel reports on delivery performance, forecasting, and sales vs forecast
* Liaising with sales reps and the warehouse team
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues
* Communicating with customers regarding delivery delays or out-of-stock products
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, including company bonus, 25 days of holiday, and 5% pension contribution.
