SAP FICO Analysts | ERP | Process Improvement | Change Management | SAP Delivery | Global FMCG | Permanent | Cork
1. Deliver projects of scale, automations, and optimisations in the SAP FI-CO module across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Systems, Profitability Analysis, Banking Integration, Material Ledger, Pricing & Tax, and Supply Chain integration
2. Excellent technical skills, with a vision for defining how our SAP template can be optimised, and the ability to go deep to problem solve, root-cause issues and develop first-class solutions.
3. Act as a trusted advisor to the business, both in articulating the optimum use of SAP, plus also how cloud technologies and new applications can be evaluated for business fit and brought to life.
4. Develop and share Subject Matter Expertise in SAP Financial processes to a number of team members, stimulating thinking and uplifting the SAP know-how across the group
5. Collaborate with business peers to listen and address the challenges they are facing, and consider and explain how technology can address their needs - with the ability to then translate that requirement into a solution that is realisable on schedule and to budget
6. Addressing work intake, establishing solution direction and working with peer team members to manage the effective delivery of change into the business.
7. Have the individual capability to lead solution delivery of our more complex and business critical projects.
8. As a senior member of our SAP Finance team, you will engage with Senior Managers and Process Leads to identify and resolve functional, technical and process issues
Qualifications:
Essential Criteria:
9. SAP configuration experience, with 4 years plus project delivery experience in SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO). This should cover all aspects of SAP delivery including site rollouts, functional enhancements, building new functionality and processes, and responding to the regulatory agenda
10. Functional experience in developing and supporting solutions across the SAP ERP platform, with an emphasis on enhancing our platform to anticipate and better support our business partners.
11. Complement of business process understanding and change management skills, alongside technical competency
12. Ability to articulate and deliver change through IT to the business and non-technical personnel, to meet organisational goals
13. Ability to diagnose problems, advise on technical solutions & increase learning within the SAP user base
14. Work independently to scope, blueprint, design and implement SAP project deliverables, addressing the SAP functional and change management requirements to make each project a success
15. An interest in acting as one of the leaders to our SAP S4 HANA migration, with the ambition to develop new solutions and platforms that will enhance how IT supports the business
16. An interest in Robotics and cloud technologies and how to integrate with SAP, establishing value propositions, and realising the business case in collaboration with business peers.
Additional Desired Experience
17. Experience in one or many of the additional applications on our platform, including OpenText Vendor Invoice Management, Concur, Blackline, SAP BPC and Robotics Process Automation
18. SAP Certification in Finance and Controlling
19. SAP HANA Experience in Finance and Controlling
20. A recognised Project Management certification, such as PMP or Prince
21. SAP Integration experience with external partners and applications
22. Contribute to the development of the IT Enterprise Solutions (SAP) function and act as a trusted advisor to business peers and Global Process Leaders
23. Recognised team player with ability to work across disciplines and time zones to solve problems and deliver on commitments.
