This is a senior finance leadership role with significant commercial exposure, including contract negotiation and management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversight & management of the full finance function, including management of the finance team, budgeting and forecasting for group, managing banking relationships and implement improvements with internal controls and processes.
2. Management of all contracts, including pricing, negotiation and management of all new & existing contracts, working closely with commercial team to ensure maximum return.
Requirements
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years working in a senior leadership role
* Strong commercial acumen, with proven contract management/negotiation experience
* Excellent communication skills to motivate internal employees, alongside influencing board members
About You
Previous experience within engineering/construction or similar environment. Experience of working closely with MD/Owner/Directors. Available to start at short notice.

1. Lead the finance team throughout month end close out process
2. Develop financial strategies that align with contract objectives and business goals
3. Drive profitability and sustainable growth through effective contract management
4. Identify and manage financial risks associated with all contracts
