Candidates with passion and drive are sought for the role of Chef de Partie in The Murray Pub Group to work in conjunction with our head chef, Derek Marsden in our brand new kitchen in Murrays Bar. The ideal candidate must have a proven record of success and must be comfortable working in a large-scale, fast-paced food and beverage operation within Dublin city centre.
The chosen candidate must be committed to increasing the standard of food offering and have the ability to motivate their team to deliver this at every given opportunity.

Summary of Key Activities
1. Driving sales and maintaining a high level of standards throughout the Kitchen including all aspects of Food preparation
2. Ensure that all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory guidelines
3. Is happy to prepare our new 'made from scratch' menu to a high standard
4. To ensure all HACCP procedures are followed to the highest of standards
5. Monitor standards, cost control, stock rotation and general efficiency of the kitchen
6. Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
7. Manage the busy service periods and produce a high standard of food.
