Job Title: Learning & Development Manager
A 12-month contract opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Manager to join our client, a regulatory body in County Mayo or remotely in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and implement a comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) plan aligned with the company's goals.
* Communicate the L&D strategy and policy effectively.
* Track and report on L&D performance and key metrics.
* Update and manage training tools to ensure seamless delivery.
* Design and deliver training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
* Manage the L&D budget and contracts efficiently.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 8 qualification in HR or L&D.
* At least 2 years of experience in L&D coordination and administration.
* Proven track record of working with national organizations in L&D.
