National Account Manager - Impulse
Delivering profitable growth and excellent execution within impulse channels and customer accounts is the primary objective of this role.
The role involves developing and nurturing key contacts across the channel, winning new customers & distribution points, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and deliver company and channel strategies.
* Drive net sales, investments, and customer profitability across all Danone categories, achieving annual, quarterly, and monthly customer targets to foster profitable growth for both Danone and our valued customers.
* Promote sustainable growth for Danone and customers on an annual basis, ensuring mutual success and long-term partnerships.
* Spearhead Joint Business Plans Retail Execution, ensuring flawless execution of agreed activations year-round to maximize impact and drive strategic success.
* Foster and manage relationships to bring Joint Business Plans to life in stores, creating impactful partnerships and driving results.
* Maintain regular store visits to understand what's happening on the ground.
* Liaise with distributors to provide briefs for tactical activations.
* Oversee promotional and pricing plans, ensuring alignment internally.
* Analyze return on investment internally and externally, making adjustments as necessary.
* Lead the development and execution of customer-specific plans, delivering internal and external P&L targets.
* Collaborate with Category to identify and address distribution gaps.
* Work closely with supply chain to anticipate challenges and ensure clear communication is delivered externally to maintain business continuity.
* Support junior team members through delivery management, setting plans for activities and desired outcomes, engaging the team on project goals, and coaching on day-to-day challenges.
About You

* The ability to demonstrate experience in well-prepared negotiations, including 'must gets', 'wish list', and 'concessions'.
Compensation Package: €55k - €60k plus car allowance of €6500.
