KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND STANDARDS
1. SELL THE TOM FORD BEAUTY BRAND
2. Achieve required retail sales targets; daily, weekly, monthly as set by the Company.
3. With expert knowledge strengthen customer loyalty and maximise new launches and events through targeted customer communication.
4. GIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
·Give prompt, polite and efficient service at all times.
·Adhere to the TOM FORD BEAUTY service standards at all times.
·Communicate and demonstrate product expertise with every customer.
5. PERSONAL GROOMING
·Maintain high standard of personal grooming as required by TOM FORD BEAUTY.
·Wear the TOM FORD BEAUTY uniform and maintain the uniform clean, professional condition.
·A Bold TOM FORD BEAUTY look is to be worn.
·Wear only TOM FORD BEAUTY products during working hours unless otherwise specified.
·Male Specialists to adhere to Tom Ford Beauty Male Grooming guidelines.
6. WORK EFFECTIVELY AS PART OF A TEAM
·Help colleagues and promote team efficiency by being flexible and taking on tasks as required.
·Communicate information to the Account Coordinator and colleagues as needed.
·Maintain high standards of time-keeping on the counter to ensure team efficiency.
7. MAINTAIN HOUSEKEEPING STANDARDS
·Clean counters, tester stands and displays regularly to maintain TOM FORD BEAUTY brand image.
·Merchandise the counter according to brand guidelines.
·Adhere to brand hygiene standards and correct utilisation of all selling/demonstration tools and take action to ensure the counter complies with these.
8. COMPLETE ADMINISTRATION
·Complete all administration accurately, legibly and on time – including personal retail sales reporting and any other specific administration that is required by the AC.
7. CARRY OUT OTHER TASKS
·Carry out any other duties as may be required to support the Counter/Business Manager, the Account Co-ordinator and/or the Company from time to time.
Qualifications
·Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)
·All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
·Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
·Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
·Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
