Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead a multi-million euro project on site, delivering significant energy and carbon reduction targets through the installation of a new heart pump and CUB extension.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver the heat pump central utilities building and utilities upgrade.
">
2. Perform procurement and acceptance of equipment and associated infrastructure on behalf of Sanofi, reporting regularly on project status throughout the project lifecycle.
">
3. Maintain compliance with environmental, health and safety codes and practices, approved project KPIs, performance standards and specifications.
">
4. Liaise with external and internal customers, suppliers, and vendors to define and deliver right-first-time project deployment.
">
5. Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to convey project goals, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
">
6. Support other project participants in overcoming obstacles as they arise.
">
7. Ensure delivery of performance metrics for budget, schedule, scope, and quality adherence.

Qualifications & Experience:
">
">
* Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or equivalent Engineering discipline.
">
* Masters degree advantageous.
">
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a project management role.
">
* Detailed knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical environment.
">
* Able to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
">
* IDentifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
">
* Efficiently allocating resources, including manpower, materials, and finances.
">
* Budget Management: Controlling costs and ensuring the project stays within budget.
">
* Familiarity with the latest technology and tools used in project management and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
">
* Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
">
* Negotiation Skills: Negotiating with contractors, suppliers, and other third parties to ensure project needs are met.

* Quality Control: Implementing and overseeing quality control measures.
