Admin Assistant - Bidding Department
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator to join our busy and dynamic team in the Bidding Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development, coordination, and delivery of bid requests.
* Evaluate and ensure high standards of quality and consistency in bid applications.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and set of standardized templates.
* Identify opportunities to improve bid processes and efficiency.
* Prepare and format documents for submission.
Requirements:
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable with routine administrative tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Construction industry experience is an advantage.
