We are seeking a talented individual to support operational activities across our platform.
About the Role
* Provide control and oversight of externally administered asset holding and special purpose vehicle (SPV) structures.
* Support deal execution, asset management, cash management, and financial reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with transaction closing and deal execution.
2. Review financial information for monthly NAV reporting and quarterly investor reporting.
3. Prepare SPV quarterly cashflows and annual budgets.
4. Maintain investor contribution and distribution schedules, along with subscription line positions.
5. Ensure accurate capital calls and timely approved payments.
6. Support due diligence and risk assessments during transactions and entity management.
Requirements
* Third level Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* 1-2 years of experience in operations, accounting, financial analysis, or a related role.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.
* Flexible approach to work, with ability to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
