Morgan McKinley is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Salary: €32,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling of service tasks for a team of engineers to ensure timely completion.
* Liaising with engineers to maintain response times and resolve issues efficiently.
* Dealing with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Managing client accounts to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Liaising with internal departments to resolve daily operational issues.
* Preparing reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Handling high volumes of phone calls in a calm and composed manner.
Role Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices to deliver outstanding results.
* High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office skills.
* Experience working with SAP is advantageous.
* Background in the Healthcare sector would be beneficial.
