Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Senior Partnerships and Engagement Manager.
This is a permanent, full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across government-funded and private sector organisations.
2. Identify, develop, and manage B2B commercial opportunities to drive growth.
3. Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, fostering long-term collaborations.
4. Contribute to bid strategies and responses to secure new business opportunities.
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
6. Produce high-quality reports and updates for senior leadership and board meetings.
7. Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective strategies that align with business objectives.
8. Contribute to senior leadership discussions and decision-making processes.
9. Ensure flexibility to meet business needs, including travel and occasional overnight stays.
10. Take responsibility for personal professional development, undertaking relevant training.
11. Maintain compliance with company policies, including data protection, health & safety, and quality standards.
12. Undertake additional duties as required, aligned with the overall business strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2. Proven experience in both private and public sector organisations is desirable.
3. Strong track record in developing long-term, senior-level relationships with external organisations.
4. Demonstrable success in business development and commercial growth.
5. Experience negotiating contracts and managing high-value partnerships.
6. Comfortable networking, public speaking, and delivering impactful business presentations.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and experience with CRM, management information systems, or other business tools.
8. Full clean driving licence required.
