About the Role
This role involves end-to-end processing of payrolls for a large number of employees.
* Process weekly and monthly payrolls for up to 1,300 employees and 250 employees respectively.
* Ensure accurate update of employee records and payment of all third-party payroll deductions and payments.
* Complete forms and letters relating to Department of Social Protection applications and mortgage applications.
* Respond efficiently and professionally to queries from employees and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
* Processing weekly payrolls including download of timesheets, RPNs, and manual adjustments.
* Creating required reports and reconciliations including P30 return.
* Assisting with time and attendance administration and cross-functional project work.
* Manual calculations of payments and deductions.

Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years experience processing high-volume payrolls.
* IPASS certification.
* Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
* Strong MS Office skills including Excel.
* Experience with in-house payroll systems and Time and Attendance systems.
