Tactical Account Executive
Main Purpose of the Job:
The Account Executive will assist with the administration of the day to day running of the Field Sales operation. The Account Executive will assist in the efficient running of our field operation while ensuring PRL are represented in line with our ethos and principles. The Account Executive will assist the Client Services Manager in ensuring the Field Team is fully equipped to conduct their operations effectively through maintaining efficient communications between all stakeholders, both commercial and marketing as well as maintaining all support services for the Field Team including reporting. Attention to detail, an ability to communicate with numerous stakeholders and an ability to work to deadlines are key performance qualities of the person we are looking for. The successful candidate will need to manage multiple tasks and contribute fully to successful operation of this operation.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
* Managing field operations.
* Act as liaison between field operatives/office/client.
* Brief selected personnel:
* Internal Customers: Recruitment Dept – NBE’s & JD’s & Accounts Dept.
* External Customers: Client – phone calls & emails & field personnel – phone calls, texts & memos.
* Control information and equipment to and from the field.
* Ensure all necessary paperwork has been received from the field & administered correctly.
* Produce reports from field information according to client requirements.
* Maintain call files, personnel files, cost by department, wage logs and J.D. files updating and amending as required.
* Maintain and update client filing system including cost bag.
* Participate in client review meetings with Client Service Manager.
* Produce cost saving and efficiency proposals, whenever possible.

* Approve weekly wage claims for correct wage and match expenses with receipts.
* Approve weekly mileage.

* Chase overdue wage claims fortnightly.

Operations: It involves planning one’s own work and account team, requirements for the field and arranging activities.
Fiscal resources: It involves preparing cost elements for annual departmental personnel and non-personnel budgets.
Human Resources: It involves HR admin support for assigned field teams.
