Your main responsibility will be to assist in the smooth running of the Pastry section of the kitchen including the preparation of desserts and pastries during service. You will also be responsible for the stock take and ordering of the pastry produce.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 2+ years experience working in a similar role within a 4 star/ 5 star hotel.
2. Have a creative flair and passion for all things related to desserts and pastries.
3. Ability work as part of a team and your own initiative.
4. Ability to Multitask and remain professional, organized and flexible.
5. Excellent Communication, Time Management and Interpersonal skills.
