Proclinical is seeking a an organized Receptionist I to fill an Office Support Staff role at a medical technology company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive office environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and direct customers and other visitors to the appropriate place or employee.
2. Issue control badges and record arrivals and departures.
3. Operate a telephone answering system, directing callers to the appropriate receiver.
4. Manage company voicemail and general faxing.
5. Use computer systems to perform clerical duties.
