Exciting new opportunity working across Northern Ireland as a Territory Manager - Animal Health.
Role: Territory Manager
Therapy Area: Animal Health (Pets)

Territory: Northern Ireland
This role is a great opportunity to join an established pharmaceutical company. As a Territory Manager within the client's Pet team, your responsibilities will include:
1. Achieving sales targets led by a strategic territory plan focusing on customer segmentation and targeting.
2. Driving a high level of customer service/contact and promoting the company, its products, and activities at all levels within the marketplace.
3. Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring territory market trends, competitor products & customer needs and including these in the Territory plan.
4. Developing business relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring a high level of support and promotion of the company's products.
5. Working with the wider Pet team to achieve profitable growth in targeted customer segments.
This role is predominantly based on face-to-face customer interactions but will also include virtual interactions with customers as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Degree or equivalent
2. Full UK driver's licence
Personal Experience Required:
1. Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical sales role, preferably in the animal health sector.
2. Commercial acumen and business planning skills.
3. Deep understanding of customer operations, marketplace, and environment.
4. Ability to understand customer needs and provide value to the company and customer.
5. Skills in leveraging customer insights, product, and competitor knowledge to motivate purchases.
6. Planning and project management skills.
