The Opportunity:
Due to continued expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Trainee Surveyor / Assistant Surveyor to join our growing Survey & UAV department in Kilcullen. This is a great opportunity for both experienced professionals and those who want to commence a career in surveying with the opportunity to be involved in some of the most prestigious projects within the expeditious Geospatial industry.
What will I be doing in my new role?
1. Undertaking various types of survey sessions using a variety of specialised and exciting equipment and technology.
2. Working with modern survey methods and survey devices such as total stations, GNSS and data collectors.
3. Processing data from the field into the office, post processing with software, such as AutoCAD.
4. Assisting with detailed field and office surveying assignments.
5. Any other duties as required by the business.
Requirements of the role:
1. Have relevant qualifications (Surveying, Geomatics or Engineering) and/or relevant experience.
2. Very good level of English (written and spoken).
3. Physically capable to carry out the role.
4. Full clean Irish/EU manual driving licence.
5. Experience of working to high safety standards.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, and Excel.
7. Flexibility to travel nationwide as required by our clients.
