What you need to be successful:
1. 3+ years of experience in user experience design and design research (gathering and synthesizing information, as well as generating insights) for B2B2C products.
2. Experience with discovering and communicating requirements to development based on user journeys.
3. Proficient in design methods and artifacts, such as interaction flows, information architecture, flow diagrams, mental models, wireframes, etc.
4. Experience and comfort co-facilitating conversations with a diverse group of stakeholders, providing a productive, enjoyable, collaborative experience.
5. Familiarity with design thinking, lean and agile approaches to creating software, with a commitment to learn and improve.
6. Comfort with frequent collaboration between design and product/development teams.
7. Strong written and presentation skills – likes to tell compelling stories.
8. Experience with cloud-based applications and complex business processes is a plus.
9. Experience with design systems and design tokens is a plus.
