Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee all phases of finance or actuarial transformation projects, ensuring adherence to time-lines, budgets, and quality standards.
Strategic Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation road map aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate transparent communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and systems.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Proactively address any compliance issues that arise.
RAID Management: Identify, assess, and manage project Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID).
Maintain and update RAID logs for stakeholder awareness.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new practices.
Provide training and support to equip teams for effective use of transformed models.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Implement best practices and lessons learned from past projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Project Management, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
8-10 years of project management experience, with a focus on actuarial modelling transformation or large-scale financial projects.
Proven track record in managing complex projects within the insurance or financial services industry.
PMP certification is highly desirable; actuarial certifications (e.g., FSA, ASA) are a plus.
Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Strong understanding of actuarial modelling principles.
