The Role:
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Relationship Manager to retain, grow, and manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts in the fleet leasing sector. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities for expansion.
This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong commercial acumen, and a proactive mindset to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio.
2. Identify growth and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue.
3. Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
4. Manage contract renewals and tender processes to retain business.
5. Ensure smooth service delivery by liaising with internal teams and resolving client issues.
6. Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and report on performance metrics.
What You Need:
1. 3+ years of experience in corporate account management.
2. Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
3. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
4. Ability to meet deadlines and achieve commercial targets.
5. Organised, self-motivated, and commercially astute.
6. Experience in financial leasing or tender processes is advantageous.
7. Full clean driving licence.
