Your new role includes:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting corporate clients with complex security needs.
* Identify and engage new business opportunities across multiple industries.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, security heads, and procurement leaders.
* Conduct risk-based site assessments and high-level security consultations.
* Design bespoke security solutions aligned with client risk profiles and compliance standards.
* Manage the full sales lifecycle including proposals, tenders, negotiations, and account management.
* Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Representation at industry events, security forums, and networking engagements.
Experience you need:
* 5+ years in B2B solution sales, ideally within the security industry.
* Proven track record of selling to corporate clients and closing high-value deals.
* Experience with enterprise-level security systems: access control, CCTV, fire/intrusion systems.
* Strong consultative sales skills, including solution design and RFP/tender processes.
* Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in corporate security.
* Ability to build long-term partnerships and manage complex stakeholder environments.
* Established network of security decision-makers across Ireland desirable.
* Experience selling recurring revenue services (e.g. monitoring and maintenance).
* Background in selling into diverse industries (e.g. pharma, logistics, education, retail).
* Comfortable with regular travel to client sites and industry events.
