The Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you will support customers across various business modules, including Accounting, CRM, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain Management. You will be part of a collaborative Customer Success Office, helping customers achieve their goals with tailored ERP software solutions.
2. Respond to inquiries on system operations and troubleshoot issues effectively.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions for business challenges.
4. Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
5. Ensure excellent customer experiences by managing queries with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
* A strong problem-solver with analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
* Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to translate technical details into user-friendly information.
* Knowledge or experience in any of the following areas is advantageous:
* Accounting, ERP, or Business Management Software systems.
* SQL scripting, databases (SQL Server, MySQL), and associated tools.
* REST API, EDI, and other integration technologies.
* Financial and management reporting.
1. A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business is preferred.
