Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy that ensures full regulatory compliance.
* Identify, engage, and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to secure the best quality, value, and terms for the project.
* Oversee contract negotiations, manage execution, and ensure smooth administration throughout, swiftly resolving any issues.
* Lead initiatives to reduce costs without compromising quality, using purchasing power effectively while mitigating risks.
* Work closely with teams across design, engineering, project management, and finance to ensure procurement is integrated seamlessly with project goals.
* Track procurement metrics, report progress to senior management, and propose improvements to enhance processes.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Over 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within large infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.
* In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, contract management, and negotiation.
* Proficient in MS Office and procurement software. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster productive relationships both internally and externally.
