May suit an Assistant Manager looking to take a step up. An opportunity not to missed! The successful candidate will: Oversee training, payroll, evaluation, and service standards for spa staff. Promote and sell customised spa programs to conference groups as required. Participate in the annual budgeting and forecast process. You will ensure that all of your therapists are trained to the highest standards and are always developing their skills & knowledge, in line with the industry's progression. The manager is responsible for seeing that Health & Safety standards are always maintained throughout the spa Achieving monthly KPIs and managing the sales budget will be an integral part of the spa manager's duties You will have oversight of the sales & marketing for all aspects of the spa. Develop, train and retain a therapist team who deliver exceptional therapies. Ensure to deliver a unique spa experience, collaborating with the creative & experienced teams in each area. Be responsible for the cleanliness of the Spa and for ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards. Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing and promotions, and sales techniques. Complete regular stock-takes and ordering as necessary, review brands, plan and implement systems to maximise sales and revenue Requirements: At least 3-4 years previous experience in a similar role.
