We are looking to hire a talented and committed Full Lifecycle Recruiter for our Campus recruiting team to play a critical role in managing Amazon's growth and additional hiring requirements.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, organization, prioritization, and communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
They will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for hiring graduates (attraction, selection processes, onboarding).Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and Amazon's Leadership Principles.
Possess a strong ability to screen, interview, and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.Responsible for developing strong working relationships with all key hiring managers and working closely with them to ensure hiring needs are met for their groups.Create innovative plans to attract qualified candidates for open roles and monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at Amazon.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.Fluent in both English and Japanese (writing and speaking).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.Experience in a campus recruitment environment.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
