Duties
1. Provide customers with information on the services we can offer.
2. Explain to customers the value we place on customer service.
3. Provide customers with quotations and offers on becoming Oxigen customers.
4. Perform administration duties with customer account setup as required.
5. Provide after-sales service as necessary to develop and maintain good customer relationships.
6. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and management information as required.
Requirements
* Must have a full, clean B driving licence.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous retail sales or customer service experience desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
