Job Description:
Our company in Co Kildare is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality technical support to approximately 250 end users across the organization.
* Manage Microsoft 365 WAN/LAN networks, firewalls, VMware, and Windows Server.
* Deploy and support Windows 10/11, OS and software updates/patching, and various business applications.
* Ensure IT security best practices are implemented and maintained throughout the network.
Requirements:
* 12 years of experience in an IT support or technician role.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication with solid technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
* Experience managing and supporting LAN/WAN networks.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
