Snapshot of the role: Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations, providing visible leadership to the HR team. Oversee the HR and payroll inbox, ensuring prompt responses to queries and high standards of service. Streamline key operational processes and continuously implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Provide expert guidance on complex HR, payroll, and benefits issues. Collaborate across departments to create integrated solutions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies. Manage the performance and development of HR Advisors and Assistants, identifying opportunities for growth. Oversee first-line HR responsibilities, from annual leave to employee welfare. Lead the performance management and compensatory review processes, driving positive change and engagement. What were looking for: A 3rd level qualification in HR Management or Business, with at least 5 years HR operations management experience. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and systems (People XD experience is a plus). Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities. Change management expertise with the ability to drive transformation in a fast-paced setting.
