Support a senior solicitor in a dynamic team, providing secretarial assistance, typing, document production, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing secretarial support and assistance
* Dictaphone typing
* Producing legal documents
* Manage filing and archiving
* Liaising with clients on instruction of solicitors
* Other general administration duties as required
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year legal exec/legal secretary role
* High level of computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word
* Experience with a case management system (Keyhouse advantage)
* Fast accurate typing skills, 60 wpm minimum
* Ability to prioritise and organise workload
* Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good work ethic and willingness to learn
