SALES TEAM LEADER
This is an active sales role which involves developing and growing sales within our current multiples at ground level, as well as maintaining current relationships.
The role requires liaison with store managers and people management of the van sales team. As an experienced FMCG sales professional, you will have a key understanding at retail level of margin requirements and an understanding of the food service market.
You will be able to develop sales directly through the company's own van sales network to restaurants and deli counters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with store managers to maintain existing relationships and grow sales in multiple locations.
* Manage and motivate a van sales team to ensure optimum performance.
* Maintain correct pricing.
* Develop and manage relationships with customers using strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in fast moving consumer goods and food service.
* Full clean driver's license.
* Right to work in Ireland.
