My client, a well established Engineering Company are looking to appoint an Office Manager/Accounts Assistant for their Dublin office on a full-time basis. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and has an ability to work on their own initiative but also part of a team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, with excellent communication skills and enjoys a faced environment.
The Role:
* Ensure the smooth operations of the Dublin office, liaising with the Athlone and UK office managers.
* Assist with the collecting of debts from company debtors.
* Allocations of customer payments
* Responding to customer inquiries
* Shared responsibility of phone management system
* Shared responsibility for travel management
* Front of House Management for clients, suppliers and organising meetings
* Facilities management liaising with estate managers and suppliers.
* Monitor staff Timesheets and Staff On/Off Boarding
* Ensure office equipment is in working order and if necessary, call suppliers to carry out repairs/service.
* Ensure that all supplies, goods, and materials are ordered efficiently and replenished in a timely manner at all times.
* Accounts payable responsibilities
Requirements:
* Previous experience in office management / Office Coordinator
* Ability to work in an office setting full time.
* Ability to learn new software systems.
* Native level fluency in English
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
