About The Firm:
Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is expanding its presence into Dublin, Ireland, and is seeking an Employment Legal Director/ Partner to lead the way. This is a remarkable opportunity to build and lead the firm's employment law practice in Ireland, collaborating with a global network of legal professionals.
Position Overview:
As the Employment Legal Director/ Partner, you will be at the forefront of establishing and developing the firm's employment law practice in Ireland. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including corporate support, advisory services, and litigation, allowing you to showcase your expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic employment law advice to corporate clients, offering support on various employment-related matters.
Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Handle complex employment litigation cases, representing clients in court when necessary.
Build and nurture client relationships, both with existing clients and by expanding the firm's client base.
Stay up-to-date with developments in employment law and ensure the firm remains compliant with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
Proven track record in providing high-level employment law advice, including corporate support, advisory, and litigation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A client following is advantageous but not mandatory.
