We are seeking a skilled Car Park Attendant/General Operative to join our client's team in the Newbridge area, working on a permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a clean, tidy, and litter-free car park.
* Ensure pay stations and barrier systems are clean and operational.
* Carry out general cleaning and maintenance duties.
* Assist with traffic management aspects within this role.
* Support the Manager with ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Excellent customer care skills.
* Calm, polite, and professional demeanor when interacting with the public.
* Able to defuse difficult situations.
* Present a clean and professional image at all times.
* Fluency in English (verbal and written).
* Assertive and polite when dealing with people.
