Join a leading interior furnishings company as a Logistics Administrator
We're seeking a confident, organised professional with 2+ years' experience in warehouse administration to ensure smooth logistics, efficient inventory management, and timely distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping.
* Implement efficient procedures to optimise operations.
* Monitor inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment in line with health & safety standards.
* Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, operate a forklift, and manage waste and packaging processes.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, report to the Department Manager and support ongoing training and development.
What We're Looking For
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (2-3 years preferred).
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and coordination.
* A confident, self-starting individual who can give and take direction.
