Accounts Administrator Job Purpose
The purpose of this Sales Administrator role is to aid in all aspects of our Galway Dealership sales administrator as directed by the Dealership Accountant & General Manager.
About the role:
The Accounts Administrator position is an integral role within the team, delivering front line, best-in-class service to Windsor Motor customers and employees. This position would be suited towards someone looking to learn a new skill; all training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
1. To process vehicle purchase invoices.
2. To process documentation relating to the sale of new and used vehicles.
3. To process documentation relating to the purchase of used/part exchange vehicles.
4. To process trade creditors invoices and payments.
5. To prepare lodgements on a daily basis and post to accounts.
6. To chase outstanding debtors and settle outstanding invoices.
7. To complete all Dealer administration procedures relating to vehicles.
8. To undertake other administrative and reception duties if required.
9. To maintain an accurate filing system.
10. Change of ownership and funding of vehicles.
11. Phone - overflow calls.
12. To achieve high levels of team and customer satisfaction through the accurate processing of all administration relating to the sale and purchase of vehicles.
13. To accurately follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
14. To ensure high standards of housekeeping, and to promptly advise the dealership accountant of any accounting problems.
15. To pro-actively contribute to departmental and inter-departmental teamwork and to be supportive of the overall company mission and related initiatives.
16. To maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times.
17. To represent the company in a friendly, professional manner at all times.
18. Ability to work to deadlines.
