Key Responsibilities:
* Be the primary point of contact for Kia customers requiring parts for their vehicles.
* Manage information flow between the workshop, dealership, and customer, providing excellent customer service at all times.
* Manage all parts telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
* Qualify parts needs and requests, establishing understanding and agreement with the customer.
* Manage liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction, following up as per dealership procedures.
Requirements:
* Strong customer service skills.
* Telesales or retail sales experience is desirable but not essential.
* No prior motor experience required, but an understanding of the motor trade is beneficial.
