About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Dublin City Centre.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of office maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of office maintenance, including cleaning, security, ground maintenance, catering and food services.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
* Coordinate with external vendors for services such as cleaning, security, and IT support.
* Manage and optimize office space utilization, including moves and changes.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Perform general office admin duties, providing support to the wider team as needed.
* Assist with office events and employee activities.
* Built and maintain positive relationships with building management, vendors, and employees.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in a Facilities Coordinator or similar role.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* A strong customer service orientation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
