The Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club are looking for a Full Time Purchasing Manager to join our team! As Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers, while ensuring that optimal inventory levels are maintained. You will also have responsibility for ensuring Food and Beverage GP's are in line with Budget.
Main Duties include:
* Effectively manage the purchasing operation for all departments
* Securing competitive pricing and negotiating terms for items required across all departments
* Monitor Food and Beverage GP's and ensure they remain in line with Budget
* Maintain an efficient inventory control system, ensuring sufficient stock and minimising waste
* Regularly review costs with suppliers to ensure best price
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* 2+ years experience in a similar role.
* Strong negotiation skills
