Situated in the heart of Dublin, our venue comprises high & low volume operations with two restaurants, multiple event spaces, and a busy cocktail bar & rooftop terrace.
We cater to a diverse clientele, hosting a wide range of events from intimate gatherings to large-scale weddings and corporate functions for groups of 2 to 250 guests.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Lead and motivate restaurant teams to deliver exceptional service while ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations that meet all company standards.
Team Leadership
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs so that the front of house and back of house are working smoothly, review upcoming bookings, align schedules, and ensure all necessary plans and resources are in place for successful service.
Event Management
In conjunction with the sales & events team, coordinate events, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
Financial Performance
Monitor and analyse financial performance, ensuring achievement of weekly revenue targets and KPIs.
Customer Service
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Staff Development
Drive standards throughout the team through implementation of trainings, coaching, feedback and briefings for all team members in the restaurants.
Cost Management
Scheduling and maintaining budgeted labour.
Cash Handling
Oversee daily cash handling procedures, including accurate cash float management, till balancing, and end-of-day reconciliations.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-volume hospitality venues with a passion for hospitality-whether that's a drink, a meal or an event.
