Job Title: Office Manager/Accounts Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Dublin office as an Office Manager/Accounts Assistant.
About the Role:
* Ensure the smooth operations of the Dublin office, liaising with the Athlone and UK office managers.
* Assist with collecting debts from company debtors and allocate customer payments efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and managing the phone system.
* Collaborate with the team on front-of-house management, including client and supplier meetings, and facilities management.
* Oversee staff Timesheets and On/Off Boarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
* Maintain office equipment and ensure supplies are ordered and replenished as needed.
* Manage accounts payable responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in office management or a similar role.
* Able to work full-time in an office setting.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems.
* Native level fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
