Key Responsibilities:
* Filleting fish with precision and minimal waste.
* Cutting and deboning meat or fish according to company specifications.
* Inspecting raw materials for quality and freshness.
* Working efficiently to meet production and order deadlines.
* Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience as a butcher, fish filleter, or meat de-boner.
* Strong knife skills and an ability to work quickly and efficiently.
* Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
* Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
