Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship-building. Manage and develop a pipeline of potential clients, maintaining accurate CRM records and regular follow-ups. Conduct face-to-face and online client meetings to present company services and secure agreements. Maintain strong and lasting relationships with existing clients and referral partners. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction. Analyse sales data and market trends to continually refine and improve sales strategies. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales-focused role (B2B or B2C environment). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Self-driven, motivated by targets, with a demonstrable track record of sales success. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own diary and priorities. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools. Valid driving licence and own vehicle essential (as travel will be required).
