Overview
We are seeking a seasoned expert in Change Management to lead our strategic and impactful Business Transformation agenda.
The successful candidate will have a passion for driving change and continuous improvement, with extensive experience in leading change management initiatives, specifically in the context of ERP implementations.
This is a hybrid role, based at either our Cork or Dublin office, and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Change Management strategy and business resources for the ERP Programme.
* Manage key stakeholder relationships across the programme, functions, leadership, and the wider organisation.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the overall Business Transformation strategy.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and apply change management best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, specifically in the context of ERP implementations.
* Extensive change management capabilities and outstanding stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Collaborative problem-solving and action-oriented.
