Head of Sales

Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction for sales growth in Ireland and the UK.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy.
* Lead the sales team and project manage working groups to achieve organizational objectives.
* Monitor progress and trends in the premix and feed additive sector.
* Identify new opportunities and expand the business into the North of Ireland and the UK.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or Business.
* Knowledge of animal nutrition advantageous.
* Minimum 7-10 years of management experience in sales.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate with industry stakeholders.
* Advanced IT skills.
