Provide Constructive Feedback: Regularly assess the quality of individual and team outputs, delivering prompt and constructive feedback to support growth.
Manage Team Dynamics: Address all matters related to team management, including recruitment, performance management, and the year-end performance and rewards process.
Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Provide high-quality service and support to our client base, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Resolve Complex Queries: Effectively handle complex client queries, delivering the best technical advice and service to clients and Client Executives.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other teams in the Marsh business to resolve complex matters, insurer queries and accounts allocations ensuring a seamless client experience.
Ensure Accountability: Oversee the completion of Balanced Scorecards and Development Plans, identifying and addressing knowledge gaps within the team.
Network for Solutions: Engage with various divisions within Marsh to provide comprehensive client service solutions.
Manage Your Portfolio: Take responsibility for your own portfolio of clients, demonstrating excellence in all aspects of service as a role model for team members.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all colleagues adhere to Marsh compliance and business-specific procedures and guidelines at all times.

Ability to quickly understand and apply insurance product and technical knowledge.
