We are currently seeking to appoint a number of Line Managers in Youghal, covering the roles of Operations Manager and Customer Experience Manager. These roles will report to the Deputy Manager and focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Create an inspiring and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers
* Be responsible for the store when the Store Manager/Deputy Manager is not present
* Ensure team members are fully trained and validated in their roles
* Drive a culture of two-way communication and trust among colleagues
* Coches and manage colleagues to enable them to deliver daily priorities and customer needs
* Review reports and systems to drive improvements for customers and colleagues
Requirements
* Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment
* Adaptable and agile thinking with the ability to shape and influence at senior levels
* Prior experience in a similar role preferred
