Job Title: HR and Communications Student
This role requires exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of self-motivation and eagerness to build on existing skills is essential. The ideal candidate will have an interest in developing skills and experience in Human Resources, Admin and Internal Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Responsibilities
* To provide support to the HR Department across all areas of the HR Function including Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Policies and Procedures, Training and Development, and general HR administration.
* To assist in the administration of the recruitment and selection process and provide a professional HR administration service to the company.
* To maintain accurate records of personnel and HR files and ensure that HR Systems are updated and maintained.
* To provide administrative support for the documentation relating to HR policies and procedures.
Administration and Communications Responsibilities
* To provide administrative support across all areas of the Administration and Communications Department.
* To assist in the design and development of internal site-wide communications.
* To maintain a database of Corporate Imagery, Photos and Logos.
Other Responsibilities
* To participate in cross-functional training initiatives and promote the corporate values within the workplace.
* To perform other duties as required by the Director; HR or other Officer appointed by the Board of Directors.
Requirements
A Working to 3rd Level Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/Communications or other relevant discipline is required. Administration experience is desirable with a good understanding of general Administrative Skills.
