Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Quality Engineer & IT Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and managing IT infrastructure and systems. You will work proactively on product testing and oversee our IT operations to ensure seamless technology performance within the company.

Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Testing:
* Test and verify new features, fixes, and improvements across Cubbie products.
* Identify issues, bugs, and areas of improvement, reporting them to the development team.
* Collaborate with developers to validate the resolution of issues before release.
* Develop and execute test plans for new product features and system enhancements.
* Maintain quality benchmarks by continuously improving QA processes and testing tools.
IT Management:
* Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud services, network security, and hardware/software management.
* Oversee system administration, user access control, and cybersecurity measures.
* Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure data security, backups, and system reliability for company operations.
* Support internal IT needs, including troubleshooting and resolving issues for employees.
* Evaluate and implement new IT solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure system scalability and security compliance.
Key Qualifications:
* Previous experience in quality assurance, IT management, or a similar role.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* A strong understanding of web and mobile applications (Android).
* Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools is a plus.
* Experience in IT infrastructure management, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data security compliance.
* Strong communication skills with an ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Passion for working in the neurodiversity or tech for-good space is highly desirable.
